Breaking: Obada Caesar resigns as Ker Tekwaro Lango security minister

Lira – 3, October 2021: Lango Cultural Foundation (Ker Tekwaro Lango) information and security minister has Sunday announced his resignation with immediate effect.

Caesar Obada highlited some issues and reasons for his shock exit from Mzee Yosam Odur Ebii’s LCF.

“It is with deepest regret that I tender my resignation as minister of information and security Lango Cultural Foundation with an immediate effect,” Obada wrote in his letter to LCF leader, H.H Yosam Odur Ebii.

He resigned on 3, October 2021.

“Although I am not worthy, I ask a continued interest in your prayers for myself, my family and the ministry I leave behind,” Obada asks.

Obada and his colleagues were arrested early this year on allegation of using online platforms to circulate statement or information against Tekwaro Lango leader, Eng. Michael Odongo Okune.

One source told this publication earlier that the accused, Obada, was contemplating resigning from his cultural role and that “it is a matter of time”.
