Gulu Queens Soccer Club signs Clare Adongpiny on a one year contract

 Gulu – 21, July 2021: Gulu Queens Football Club has confirmed the signing a game changer and play maker, Clare Adongpiny. She joined the club as a free agent.

The Media Relation Officer of Gulu Queens Soccer Club, Genesis Rubangakene disclosed that the club completed the deal of signing the play maker over the weekends and it was a great achievement the club has so far gained.

Adongpiny has played for Sacred Heart Secondary School, and Arapai Agricultural College, Soroti and she is known as a play maker since she is not only a winger but plays in various positions.

Rubangakene added that the completion of the deal was “wonderful” and Clare will be facilitated and paid on an unrevealed amount of money as per the contract agreement of one year.

 Clare Adongpiny says she is “really delighted” and “happy to join a promising club like Gulu Queens Football Club” and she promises to deliver her best for the club.

She added that it was her dream to play for this club and she encourages fellow girls to engage in sports if at all one is gifted.

 She called upon parents to support girls in achieving and fulfilling their talents so as to avoid them from joining evil acts.

Gulu Queens Soccer Club is a Gulu based football club established in August 2020 as Awach Queens Football Club. It later rebranded their name to Gulu Queens Soccer Club.
