Hoima—21, December 2020: In seeking re-election to extend his rule to 40 years, NRM presidential candidate Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has granted Hoima (Bunyoro) a public university.

Mr Museveni directs that the construction should begin.

“These roads will be tarmacked with support from Uganda Support to Municipal Infrastructure Development (USMID) project,” he added.
