Kampala – Uganda’s President, Yoweri Museveni says there are big troubles ahead for different leaders in the country.

The President was speaking at the 21st National Annual Prayer Breakfast in Kampala on Tuesday.

He was accompanied by First Lady, also a Education and Sports Minister, Janet Kataha Museveni.

“When I was coming here, God told me to tell you this; it is in Luke 16: 10-12: “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.”

He added: “In the past, people were just surviving but now we are beginning to have money, we have contracts and projects. That is where the trouble is now coming. You the leaders will be in trouble.”

At the same event, the President said Idi Amin Dada, Uganda ex-President was not “part of us because he was a colonial soldier”.

“The colonialists left and left us with their puppets like Idi Amin. Idi Amin was not part of us. He was a colonial soldier that is why he was not caring about us.

“Africa is now free; we have overcome all that. To the leaders, do not be tempted to abuse the trust given to you by God.”

According to Mr. Museveni, leaders must not be corrput, adding and revealing to the Nation that: “I have not bribed, I have not been bribed.”
